YouTuber Big Daws Has Been Banned From The Chase Center For Life

NBA

YouTuber Big Daws, who circulated around the web for throwing on a Klay Thompson jersey and being let into a game, has now been banned. The lifelong ban came during Game 5 of the NBA Finals.

While the Golden State Warriors obviously haven’t said or released anything, he tweeted out a letter claiming he had been banned from Chase Center. And it does look pretty legit.

The Golden State Warriors are taking on the Boston Celtics in Game 5 of the NBA Finals this evening. The series is staggeringly tense with the two groups going this way and that.

Dawson Gurley, also known as Big Daws, is a YouTube personality, known for the channel Big Daws TV (aka BigDawsTV). His channel mostly consists of pranks and giveaways. He boasts an incredible 8.23m subscribers.

When one person suggested he had trespassed, Daws responded: ‘Technically, I did not trespass. I talked to security, went through metal detectors and walked right into the building. They welcomed me with open arms. I also never claimed to be Klay.’

He told respondents on Twitter that the video of the incident would be on his channel sometime today. He has gone viral before for dressing up like Klay Thompson.

The video has 24 million views:
