The Minnesota Vikings drafted Teddy Bridgewater in the first round of the 2014 NFL Draft out of Louisville. Bridgewater was a member of the Vikings his first 4 seasons but suffered a potentially career ending leg injury in 2016. After missing the 2016 & most of 2017, Bridgewater signed a deal with the Saints in 2018 where he played for 2 seasons before the Panthers traded for Bridewater in 2020. Now Bridgewater plays for the Broncos and is in a QB competition with Drew Lock. With the Broncos & Vikings having joint practices this week and square off in the first preseason game. Vikings beat reporter Eric Smith if a Bridewater for Kellen Mond trade made sense. Hear what Smith & Chat Sports’ Mitchell Renz think in today’s video!
