Surprisingly for Spyderco, you get an excellent blade to handle ratio, it’s an awesome slicer, it’s virtually waterproof, and in addition to the usual uses of box-busting, acrylic cutting, and compressed board processing, this makes an excellent food prep knife and even dive knife. If you regularly set your knives down at your workplace and then have trouble finding them due to color, well…I doubt you’ll have that issue with the Caribbean.
