The Bama Standard: Alabama Starts SEC Gauntlet Against Arkansas w/ Legend Justin Smiley
The SEC gauntlet officially starts now for Alabama. They go on the road this week to take on the Arkansas Razorbacks. The Razorbacks aren’t too happy after suffering a fluke loss to Texas A&M. Will that serve as extra motivation for them? How will Alabama establish the run against a Hogs defense that allows only 3.2 yards per carry? Will an innovative offense led by KJ Jefferson pose as a problem for the Tide defense? Does Bryce Young have another record passing performance against one of the worst secondaries in the SEC? We answer all those questions!
We are joined by former Tide offensive lineman, Justin Smiley. He will provide us insight from an offensive lineman perspective. We will talk about moments from his day and tie them into the current version of Alabama. Plus, what does he see in this offensive line as they try to find themselves?
