The Women’s Basketball Team just lost in the Sweet 16 to Louisville and the Football team just returned to spring practices after a week off for spring break. One of the biggest storylines thus far has been Arch Manning stepping into the Quarterback 2 role because of Maalik Murphy being unhealthy. In the most recent spring practice, Maalik was back healthy and the quarterback directly behind Quinn Ewers on the depth chart. Will things trend this way throughout the offseason or can Arch elevate himself back into Quarterback 2 territory. Maalik Murphy wasn’t the only player that benefited from the extended time off. Jonathon Brooks and Isiah Neyor got their first action of spring practices, Brooks sliding into the RunningBack 1 position while Neyor ran routes on air.
