So after a lot of experiments I finally managed to make rolled ice cream at home and it was worth the time it took to figure it out. Rolled ice cream is great fun to make at parties. Just ask your friends and family what they’d like in theirs and then chop the ingredients and make ice cream rolls. They are super yummy.
