David Sumpter is a Professor of Applied Mathematics at the University of Uppsala, he has completed his doctorate in Mathematics, the author of Soccermatics & The Ten Equations, and written for the likes of The Economist, The Telegraph, FourFourTwo magazine and much more. He’s also made various sports betting models and is currently working at Hammarby FC in Sweden in data analytics. CEO of Trademate Sports, Marius Norheim, also joins the podcast.
