If you’re looking for one of the best PoE 3.17 League Starters, Seismic Trap Exsanguinate Traps looks like it will still be the best boss killer league starter in Archnemesis league. Although the changes to Seismic Trap are rather cryptic, Exsanguinate Trap will still have good damage and solid clear and we could see this build as a Top 5 league starter for this league. We’ll have to wait to get into game to know exactly how Seismic Trap will work but I have a strong feeling it will be one of the best league starters in PoE 3.17 Siege of the Atlas. In today’s video, PoE 3.17 – League Starter – Seismic Exsanguinate Trapper | Budget Boss Killer, Exsanguinate Seismic Trap Saboteur is back and most likely still viable in PoE 3.17 Siege of the Atlas. This is a budget boss killer league starter build for Arch Nemesis league. If this functions similarly to last league and the changes to Seismic Trap aren’t as drastic as they could be, this could be one of the best league starter boss killers for 3.17.
IMPORTANT:
As I mention in the video, my only concern for Seismic Trap is the cryptic description of the changes described in the patch notes. Although I highly doubt this change aims to nullify the skill entirely, the only way to know the extent of the change is to get in game and play it. For this reason, I do present this build with a warning that there is a small possibility it may not function to the extent it did in 3.16. That being said, I will be shocked if this isn’t still a beast of a build, designed with single target in mind. GGG, please give us a PTR and be more direct with your wording!
