The start of a new Premier League season is supposed to be a very exciting time for football fans with the prospect of new signings hitting the headlines, however at Newcastle United it’s quite the opposite. The club, in its present state is an absolute mess!
No signings have been made yet and some players have obviously left the club. The friendly at York, although pre-season was a shocking performance given how low the hosts were in the football pyramid. We looked short of ideas, the build up was very slow again and injuries made more headlines than the actual football.
The state of the club right now is why our fans base needs to come together and be United! People who have the club at heart should not be shot down for trying to make a difference, even if you don’t agree with them. Some of the comments I’ve seen aimed at certain people, including myself have been shameful. Why have a go at people for trying to make the club we love better?
