SPINACH:
8 to 10 oz. of fresh spinach, blanched for 30 seconds
2 cloves minced garlic
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp sesame oil

CARROTS:
1 large carrot, cut into thin strips
1/4 tsp salt

EGGS:
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 tsp salt

Other Ingredients:
5 sheets of nori (seaweed)
5 strips of picked radish (takuan)
1 pack of fish cake
