-Live Giveaways: One of each per customer, per day (drawings, Spectrum Deal, No Deal, or Steal, Spectrum Secret Words, etc). Winner is responsible for shipping.
GENERAL & BIDDING
-All items come from a clean, smoke-free home. We are a 1 pet/dog home.
-Note that each highest final bid will be the winning bid
-Feeds show differently on all devices, this is why we have 1 assigned device (the mod) decide who won the bid.
-Please keep track of your purchases and anticipated shipping to work within your budget. It isn’t fair to myself and to others that wanted the item if you change your mind after the sale. All sales are final and there is a 10% restocking fee for all cancelled orders this is to make up for the work invested in sorting your goods, creating your invoice, figuring packaging and shipping, relisting, etc.
-All sales are final. Please realize this before bidding. Please note that changing your mind, means that someone else wanted that item and missed out on it and that it causes lots of extra work. Doing this during the Live sale is disruptive as well.
– Our goal is to share with as many folks as possible, so if needed we will adjust quantities to try to get as many friends at least one of the item. So please be kind and courteous and know that we want to share as much as possible even with those that would miss out due to lag.
PAYMENT
-Paypal only (you can use a credit or debit card through Paypal)
-There is a $1.25 added to all orders to help cover fees & expenses (service fees, packaging, mailers, labels, ink, tape, gas)
-Invoices will be sent via PayPal by Wednesday. If you have not received your invoice by Thursday, please email us. If you need to be invoiced via Etsy or our online store please be sure to make arrangements with us prior to purchasing.
-Payment is due no later than 5 days from time of invoice. If any issues arise please remember that communication is key, simply message us.
SHIPPING
-DON’T FORGET you can combine the shipping from our online store & the live sales.
-We typically ship within 3 business days and cost is based on purchases We always ship in the most economic way possible. If you wish to have it expedited please let us know.
-All packages will include tracking, even a single sheet of paper. This means that the lowest shipping is going to be around $4. Having tracking protects us all.
-All flat rate packages are insured up to $50 (not applicable to parcel/heavy non flat rate packages, 1st class, or media mail). If you’d like to purchase additional insurance the USPS charges $4 for $200 worth of insurance, if you are interested in this additional insurance please let me know. Please note that once we hand the package to the post office we have no control and assume no responsibility for late, loss, or damaged goods.
IMPORTANT – We ship every week, after every sale. So no waiting for your purchases for weeks on end.
