It’s no secret being a YouTube content creator is a relatively lucrative business. So I wanted to show you what kind of home it could buy you. Today I’m going to show you inside of Rosanna Pansino’s new $6 million dollar house!

Rosanna’s new $6 million dollar mansion is located in Los Angeles County, California. For the safety and privacy of Rosanna as well as the rest of her friends and family we will not be releasing the address or town it is located in. The $6 million dollar home is set on roughly half an acre of land with a beautiful backyard space. The home was built in 2020 and was listed for sale in December of 2020 with a listing price of $6,199,900. Rosanna purchased the property in January of 2021 for $6,000,000. But the cost of living for Rosanna doesn’t stop at the time of purchase, she will be looking at nearly $75,000 per year in property taxes and roughly $25,000 per year in homeowners insurance.

The home is a 5 bedroom and 6 bathroom with 7,500 square feet of living space breaking down to about $800 per square foot. Entering into home you have a sitting room off to the right which features a gas fireplace with a stone mantle with windows that face the street. Across the hall is the formal dining room which features a wine cooler which covers the entire back wall of the room. The home offers a flowing open floor plan so moving out of the dining room brings you into the main corridor of the home which features stairs to the second floor and a doorway to the main living space of the home. Just around the corner are doors that lead you into the home theater which I can only dream to have in my own home one day.

Across the hall is the only bedroom located on the first floor which offers sliding glass doors to the back yard. The en suite bathroom features dark stone throughout with a beautiful walk in shower with gold fixtures. Stepping out into the next room brings you to the main living room which has a gas fireplace with a floor to ceiling stone facade. The room has a wall of pocket sliding glass doors that open up to the backyard.

Stepping over into the next room is arguably the most important room in the home, the kitchen. The kitchen features white cabinets with marble countertops and gold fixtures. The center island has a contrasting dark stone countertop with unique light fixtures hanging from above. This kitchen is so picturesque that it will be the perfect space to record all of her videos. Off the kitchen is a small breakfast table with more doors to the backyard. Around the corner is a large wet bar area that doubles as a small prep kitchen for when you are having a large party. Then just around the corner is a home office and the entrance to the three car garage.

Stepping outside there is a covered sitting area with a gas fireplace just off the living room. Moving out into the yard you have a large pool with an attached hot tub. The way the pool is almost an infinity pool just makes it look that much more luxurious. The pool is surrounded by plenty of patio space to soak up California sun. Behind the pool is a small pool house which offers a bathroom and a kitchenette and an open room for Rosanna to fill up however she desires. On the other side of the backyard there is a barbecue area with a patio space with a pergola perfect for some outdoor dining.

Moving back inside and upstairs brings you to the second floor. At the top of the stairs is a small den area perfect for some separation from the main living space below. Down the hall is the laundry room which is conveniently across the hall from the master bedroom. Stepping into the master you have a large open room with vaulted ceilings with a sitting area and a gas fireplace. There is a balcony off the master which has views looking over the backyard. Stepping over into the master bathroom you have a large open room with a walk in shower straight ahead. The room features his and hers vanities with a separate makeup counter and a free standing soaking tub perfect for relaxation. Around the corner are separate his and hers walk in closets and of course Rosanna’s is a little bigger than Mike’s.
