Welcome to our new series of inclusive football workouts. These workouts will premiere on our YouTube channel every Monday at 11am throughout the school summer holidays. The football-themed exercises include adaptations for all ages and abilities and feature a whole host of footballing movements for both disabled and non-disabled fans.
These weekly sessions have been designed by the Foundation’s Inclusive Reds team who have been inspired by the recent success of Joe Wicks’ online workouts.
Today’s workout looks at the basic movements required for ball control and the different stages of developing closer control.
Inclusive Reds is the Foundation’s disability sport initiative, which aims for equal sport and physical activity opportunities for disabled people, their friends and family.
