The Cleveland Cavaliers are almost contenders but after losing to the Brooklyn Nets there was a few obvious things the Cavs need to improve on at the trade deadline. The Cavs are led by their stars of Darius Garland, Donovan Mitchell, Evan Mobley, and Jarrett Allen but this team desperately needs to trade for some consistent wide open shooting.
Cedi Osman, Caris Levert, Lamar Stevens and Isaac Okoro have ass struggled from behind the arc and if the Cavs seriously want to contend a trade has to be made to get a knock down shooter. If the Cavs had another shooter it would free up the guards and the bigs inside from being double teams and it would unlock what was holding this team back.
The three pieces I think the Cavs should trade for is Kyle Kuzma, Josh Richardson, Or OG Anunoby. If the Cavs could make a trade it really would catch the attention of the NBA and would fill the hole in their starting lineup. The Cavs could have beat Kevin Durant, Kyrie and the Nets, but their lack of wide open shooting hurt them in this game.
