This was a tricky day! Me and Corey from the flattydaddies headed out on the Potomac in search of some big catfish. We had to move a lot, but ended up finding some fish. At the very last minute Corey ended up hooking a BEAST! The takedowns were also insane, with lots of missed fish but hey, a fun day nonetheless. The blue catfish are currently spawning at the moment in the Potomac river so fishing is tricky. I have found some luck with live bait, eel, and jello chicken. The summer bite is on!
