I mentioned during that episode that his recruitment qualified as an “embarrassment of riches”. That’s mainly because of the focus of this episode, Greg Crippen. At the top of Michigan’s board at the offensive center position, it’s clear that he’s seen as someone very likely to outdo his ranking to the Wolverines.
With fellow center on the roster, Reece Atteberry, out of the spring with an illness, it provided some opportunity for younger guys on the roster to step up in his stead. Greg Crippen has been the primary benefactor of that absence, mentioned as far up as the 2-deep as an early enrollee freshman.
