Front squats 6 | 5 | 3 | 3
w/ Non Countermovement Vertical Jump x 3
Single Leg RDL 8 | 8 | 8
w/ Split squat jumps x 3
Single Leg DB Goblet Squat 5 | 5 | 5
w/ Kettle Bell swing 3×10
Sled drive 50 yard x 2 (paced, not for cardio)
For the circuit I went through twice, rested 2 minutes, and did that 3 times
