The Spire Quests/Challenges in Fortnite Chapter 2 Season 6 is how you get the Glyph Master style for Raz. You must complete all 3 of the main spire quest lines to unlock it. Only the first two are currently available.

To avoid bugs, try to do these challenges in team rumble near the start of the match, and make sure that wherever you need to go (especially when it is to speak with NPCs) that it’s on the side of the map that your team’s bus is flying over. I usually just quit and start a new match of rumble after each step to make things easy.
The next set of Spire Quests will be available in two weeks (April 27th 2021)
The Glyph Master style for Raz will be unlockable once the final set of Spire Quests are available on April 27th 2021.
