For my sports news media capstone project at the University of Alabama, I was tasked with creating a full multimedia project celebrating the 10-year anniversary of Alabama football’s 2011 national championship season. Me and three other students were tasked with created a 5-min documentary commemorating the year, in addition to social media graphics, videos, and posts for UA’s Bryant Museum to display.
I handled the majority of the documentary creation. I edited the full package, set up and interviewed legendary Alabama quarterback AJ McCarron and linebacker Jerrell Harris, shot the b-roll, and acquired historical clips/newspapers from the Bryant Museum for use in the doc.
