The outcome was not so simple for recent North Carolina Tar Heels class of 2023 football commit, WR Christian Hamilton. At Hamilton’s announcement ceremony, he sat with a black zip-up hoodie and the hats of five schools in front of him: North Carolina, Texas A&M, South Carolina, Penn State, and Clemson. Hamilton, upon making his announcement, said he was choosing Clemson, unzipped his hoodie to reveal a Clemson t-shirt, and put on the Tigers hat. Without saying another word, he took off the Clemson hat and t-shirt to reveal a UNC shirt underneath and put on the Tar Heel hat. Interestingly Hamilton never actually said “North Carolina”. This receiver is a big get for Coach Mack Brown and the coaching staff in the Jordan Class.
