This was the first ride using the GoPro Hero 9 Black. I’ve been generally displeased with the issues I’ve faced while using the Insta360 One R, and the unnecessarily additional processes required to work on the One R clips. That’s not to say it’s a terrible product. The concept or idea is excellent. But Insta360 has failed to sit down and think through carefully how to make the camera a killer product. Instead, they’ve chosen to rush out an unrefined camera that’s caused many users to be disgruntled. If they re-do the camera, I’ll come back to it. In the mean time, I’ll go with the GoPro…though I’m still keeping the One R for its 360º capabilities.
