Nick Foles trade rumors are kicking back into gear as Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune suggested that the New York Jets could trade for Foles. Zach Wilson is the Jets’ starting QB, but James Morgan and Mike White aren’t proven backup options. With Andy Dalton and Justin Fields on the Bears’ QB depth chart, trading Foles makes a lot of sense.
Jay Cutler joined ESPN 1000 to talk about Justin Fields vs. Andy Dalton. Cutler said that he would sit Fields to start the season so he could learn under Dalton. He also said that he benefited greatly from not starting right away as a rookie QB with the Denver Broncos.
