For the Michigan Wolverines, their class is nearly complete with 26 commits, but they still have some blue-chip prospects to fight for, such as 5-star wide receiver Ryan Wingo. Michigan also heavily used the transfer portal in the 2023 cycle, which I think will pay them large dividends this year and in 2024. Both the Wolverines and the Buckeyes likely use the portal in the 2024 season, as each will lose several starters on both sides of the football.
