For years now, the NFL team owners have been trying to expand the regular season and on Wednesday that goal was accomplished when the league approved a 17th game.
But it wasn’t unanimous among owners. According to Seth Wickersham of ESPN, Bears chairman George H. McCaskey voted against the expansion:
